Explain my Procedure Limited (“We”, “Us” or “ Explain my Procedure” or “EmP”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to or gathered by EmP through the website and other marketing channels is processed and controlled by EmP Limited. Our nominated representative for the purpose of UK law is Prof David Wald.

The data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This is due to our hosting site (‘Squarespace’) being outside of this area. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. Although we take great care to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
